Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that any appointment cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service time will be charged 50% of the total service booked. Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice (“no-shows”) will be charged 100% of the service booked. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
